Neikō provides modelling services for the mechanical equipment used by our client's waste management and recycling plant design software.

By modelling 24 parametric families corresponding to each general type of equipment, the generation time for the more than 1,800 pieces of equipment needed for implementation is optimised. This not only optimises generation time, but also speeds up the generation of new equipment within each type, should it be necessary to increase the available range.

All development is carried out from the outset in accordance with BIM standards, allowing the plants generated based on this equipment to comply with this standard. The various characteristics and properties of each element requested by the client (capacity, cost, consumption, performance, etc.) are included for all equipment within the available parameters and are integrated into the final elements.

The final result allows for precise management of the equipment catalogue, with exhaustive geometric control in its generation, saving our customers time and avoiding errors.
